JUDGMENT SANJAY KISHAN KAUL, J. 1. The petitioner wants consideration of her representation dated 18.12.2014 for One Time Settlement to close the loan accounts of the petitioner with the respondent. 2. The proceedings under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security and Interest Act, 2002 (for short the Act), are already pending. As usual, the One Time Settlement is proposed, when the recovery is on the head. Surprisingly, the representation does not even mention what is the One Time Settlement amount which the petitioner proposes to settle the accounts. 3. In our view, no direction can be passed for consideration of her representation until and unless, a proper One Time Settlement proposal is made. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent says that if such a proposal is made indicating the amount, the request of the petitioner would be examined. 5. This Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed in the above terms. No costs.
