Judgment :- Sanjay Kishan Kaul, CJ. 1. This petitioner seeks reclassification of his cash credit account to facilitate its operation and consequently modify the conditions imposed in I.A.No.867 of 2014 in S.A.No.150 of 2013. 2. If the petitioner wants to make any submissions, it should be made in S.A.No.150 of 2013, pending on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Maduraiand thereafter, appellate remedy is available to him. Therefore, we see no reason to exercise the power conferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India especially keeping in mind the order of the Supreme Court in Mardia Chemicals Limited and Others Vs Union of India and others, (2004) 4 SCC 311 . 3. This Writ Petition, accordingly, stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition also stands dismissed.
