Judgment :- 1. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. The petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to provide Provident Fund arrears, salary pending and gratuity with interest from the date of voluntary retirement of the petitioner. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the above service benefits have not been given to him even though he retired from service on making application for voluntary retirement and the same was also accepted by the second respondent. The further grievance of the petitioner is that, for the past four years, the above benefits are not given. It is also stated that the petitioner has made two representations on 13.09.2014 and 31.10.2014 seeking for disbursement of those benefits. As those representations were not considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court. 5. Considering the above facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached the respondents by way of representations, it is for the second respondent to consider those representations of the petitioner and pass suitable orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of No costs.
