Judgment :- 1. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw these Writ Petitions and to that effect he has also sent a letter dated 30.01.2015 to the Registry to post this writ petition for withdrawal and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Accordingly, these Writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
