JUDGMENT PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J. 1. This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 04.08.2000 passed in E.A. No. 93 of 1999 in E.A. No. 221 of 1998 in E.P. No. 23 of 1997 in O.S. No. 555 of 1984 on the file of the District Munsif Thirumangalam. 2. It is seen that a memo is filed as early as 18.12.2007 by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stating that the sole petitioner, namely, Kaliammal, died. However, no steps have been taken by him till today to bring the legal heirs of the deceased. Apart from that, the other side has also not been served sofar. 3. Be that as it may, when the matter is taken-up for hearing today, as there is no representation on either side, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
