JUDGMENT PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J. 1. When the matter is taken-up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
