JUDGMENT : Rajiv Sharma, J. Petitioner has made a representation for the redressal of his grievance before respondent No. 5, vide Annexure P-3. However, the same has not been decided till date. 2. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 5 to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today by passing a speaking/detailed order. The pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of. No costs.
