Judgment 1. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned Counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. 3. The petitioner is seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to count the half of service rendered by the petitioner as Plot Watcher on daily wages from 01.05.1983 to 07.08.2009 along with the regular service rendered as Super Numeric Plot Watcher till his retirement on 31.05.2013 as qualifying service for the purpose of conferment of pension with all consequential benefits and arrears with interest and to direct the third respondent to sent pension proposal to the fourth respondent. 4. According to the petitioner, the half of his service rendered as Super Numeric Plot Watcher has to be counted along with his regular service. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that similarly situated persons have got the benefits pursuant to the order passed by this Court earlier. It is also submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 05.06.2013, seeking the above said benefit. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation on 05.06.2013, the first respondent has to consider the said representation and pass suitable orders in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.34704 of 2012 which is also implemented by issuing G.O.(3D)No.44 dated 30.04.2014. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
