Order 1. Mr.M.Muniyasamy, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent. 2. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petitions itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. 4. The petitioners are challenging the order of suspension. The petitioners were placed under suspension based on certain allegations. Therefore, it is for the authorities to conduct an enquiry and pass final order and this Court is not expressing any view on the merits and the contention raised by the petitioners in respect of those allegations at this stage. As the suspension order came to be passed on 23.04.2013, and under similar circumstances this Court has already directed the authorities to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders within a period of three months, these writ petitions are disposed of with the following directions: a) It is open to the respondent to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the petitioners and if any such proceedings is initiated, the same shall be completed and final order shall be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. b) The petitioners shall be paid subsistence allowance from the date of suspension till the respondent passes the final orders in the disciplinary proceedings. c) If the respondent does not initiate any disciplinary proceedings as stated supra and pass final orders within the time stipulated, the petitioners are entitled to be reinstated into service immediately thereafter. 5. With these directions, both these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
