Judgment :- 1. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition and to that effect he has also sent a letter dated 03.02.2015 to the Registry to post this writ petition for withdrawal. 2. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
