Judgment :- 1. This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court dated 30.06.2014 made in Contempt Petition(MD)No.527 of 2014 in Contempt Petition(MD)No. 1233 of 2013 in W.P(MD)No.13374 of 2012. 2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner submitted that the contempt petitioner is not interested in conducting the case and therefore, he is seeking permission to withdraw the contempt petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. A counter affidavit is filed by the respondent, wherein it is stated at paragraph No.10 that there is no violation of the order passed by this Court and Shop No.12063 has already closed which was running in Door Nos.2/1281 and 2/1282 and the same shop has not been re-opened in the very same places. It is further stated that new shop bearing No.11946 is opened in a different place bearing Door No.2/1281B. As the said contention raised by the respondents is not disputed by the petitioner, I find no ground to proceed further in the contempt petition. 4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub-Application is also closed. No costs.
