JUDGMENT : CRL. M.A. NO. 3584/2015 (Exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed. BAIL APPLN. 473/2015 Status report not filed. The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2015. Perusal of the record reveals that the prosecutrix and the petitioner were acquainted with each other. As per the complainant’s version, she met the petitioner ‘online’. During the period 01.11.2014 to 31:12.2014, physical relations were established with her consent on the pretext to perform marriage. It has come in the order dated 04.03.2015 of the Trial Court that Roka ceremony was scheduled to be held on 14.01.2015. However, it could not materialise. Record further revels that the petitioner had expressed his desire to marry the complainant. The FIR was lodged only on 14.02.2015. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is admitted to regular bail, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the direction that he shall not contact the prosecution witnesses including the prosecutrix. He shall join the investigation as and when required and shall not leave India without prior permission of the Trial Court. He shall surrender his pass-port (if any) in the Trial Court. The bail application stands disposed of.
