JUDGMENT P.S. Rana Judge (Oral) Notice. At this stage Mr. Vikram Thakur learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of the parties following orders passed:- i) That petitioner will file representation before co-respondent No.2 within three days from today. ii) That co-respondent No.2 will decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on or before 28.1.2015 keeping in view Rule 12 of the Himachal Pradesh University Shimla Hand Book Volume-II (The First ordinances of Himachal Pradesh University 1973) and keeping in view the ruling reported by the Hon’ble Apex Court reported in 2004 Vol. 13 SCC 695 titled O.P. Kaushal vs. State of H.P. and others. iii) If the adverse order passed against the petitioner then petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Court for appropriate remedy in accordance with law. iv) Writ petition is disposed of along with all pending applications. No order as to costs.
