JUDGMENT P.S. Rana Judge (Oral) Learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that matter already stood disposed of by the Division Bench of Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh in CWP No. 7172 of 2010 titled Chaman Rakesh Ajta and another vs. State of H.P. and others dated 5.8.2014 and learned Advocates further submitted that present matter be disposed of in view of order dated 5.8.2014. In view of the submissions of learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties it is ordered that vehicle of the petitioner would be registered on the condition that petitioner would deposit 1/3rd of entry tax and petitioner would not alienate the vehicle and would not create any encumbrance on the vehicle without permission of the Registering Authority. Learned Advocates further submitted that matter is sub-judice before the Hon’ble Apex Court it is ordered that present order will be subject to decision of Hon’ble Apex Court. Petition is disposed of along with all pending applications.
