ORDER We will continue the hearing of the present matter tomorrow i.e. 15th May, 2015. In the meantime, the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court will submit a report by 10.30 a.m. tomorrow i.e. 15th May, 2015 indicating the number of original suits relating to grant of patent that are pending in the High Court and the stage thereof. The Registrar General of the Delhi High Court will make available to this Court the order-sheet of the High Court in Civil Suit (O.S.) No. 586 of 2013 as well as the docket order(s) possibly of the Local Commissioner appointed to record evidence in the said suit. The learned counsel for the petitioner will inform the Court as to the period of time that the drug in question available as on date can satisfy the requirements of the market keeping in mind the current demand for the product. Learned counsels for the parties will also receive instructions from their respective clients as to the number of witnesses they would like to examine and the date/dates on which such witnesses can present themselves for examination and cross-examination, preferably, within the remaining two weeks of May, 2015 and four weeks in June, 2015. Once all the aforesaid information is laid before us tomorrow further orders will follow. A copy of this order be sent to the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court forthwith for compliance.
