ORDER : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Solicitor General. 2. The request in I.A.No.11/2015 is for extension of time of bail on the ground of ill health of the Applicant – Chief Master Sargeant Massimiliano Latorre, which has been supported by medical certificate. 3. The learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India has no objection if the time for bail is extended by three months. An undertaking, as ordered earlier on 12th September, 2014, signed by Mr. Daniele Mancini, the Ambassador of Italy in India, has already been filed in the Court today. The said undertaking dated 12th January, 2015 (in original) is taken on record. 4. In view of this, extension of time for bail is granted for three months. 5. I.A.No.11/2015 stands disposed of.
