JUDGMENT 1. Connect with D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1580/2015. 2. Notices of respondents no. 2, 3 and 4 be served in the office of the Additional Advocate General, Government of Rajasthan at Jodhpur, which will be treated as sufficient service on them. Notice of respondent no.1 will be served by counsel for the petitioner in the office of the Assistant Solicitor General for Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur. All the respondents will file their reply within three weeks. 3. List this petition alongwith all other connected writ petitions for admission hearing on 5th May 2015. 4. Until further orders, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 19.12.2014 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Food), Department of Food and Civil Supply, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur and the order dated 12.1.2015 passed by the District Supply Officer, Sri Ganganagar shall remain stayed.
