JUDGMENT SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J. 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect: "The writ petition is sought for the relief of not to remove or evict of her house alone, but the respondents 1 to 5 are taking steps in the name of removing encroachment to petitioner's house alone, others encroachers houses are left out with mala fide intention of the respondents 1 to 5. Hence, with liberty to file with same cause of action to file this nature of prayer before this Hon'ble Court. This petition is not pressed as withdrawn with above stated observation." 2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
