Judgment 1. Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3. The petitioner is challenging the order of suspension. The said suspension order was passed on the reason that the petitioner was arrested in pursuant to the Criminal case registered in Crime No.318 of 2014 on 13.12.2014, and kept in Central prison. 4. Though this writ petition is filed by questioning the order of suspension on very many grounds on the merits against the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the allegations as the respondent has to hold the domestic enquiry and ultimately pass final orders on the same. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
