Judgment : P.S. Rana, J. Learned Assistant Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State submitted that cancellation report of FIR already stood filed before the learned trial Court. In view of the above stated facts present petition has become infructuous. However petitioners will be at liberty to file fresh petition on the same cause of action as per exigencies of subsequent circumstances. Petition is disposed of.
