Order 1. Mr. A. Jeyaram, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petitions themselves are taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. In these writ petitions, the petitioners are seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to pay the petitioners Rs.6,07,126/-, Rs.4,48,615/-, 4,66,038/- and Rs.4,74,628 towards Gratuity and Rs.3,41,408/-, 18,568/-, 3,964/- and Rs.2,85,328/- towards Leave Salary together with 18% interest per annum from 01.01.20104, 01.02.2014, 01.07.2014 and 01.08.2014 and further directing the respondents to pay them Rs.2,57,558/-, Rs.2,08,940/-, Rs.2,17,378/- and Rs.2,13,561/- towards the Pension commutation amount together with 18% interest per annum from 01.01.2014, 01.02.2014, 01.07.2014 and 01.08.2014 respectively. 3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 4. It is seen that claiming those reliefs, the petitioners have already made the representations on 18.11.2014. It is stated that the said representations are still pending and not yet disposed of. 5. Therefore, it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same and this Court only directs the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
