ORDER 1. Heard Shri V.K.Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on the question of admission and interim relief. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the order dated 18.5.2015 (Annexure P-1) by which the petitioner, who is working as Assistant Grade-III, has been transferred from Umaria to Sidhi. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that though the petitioner had applied for transfer from Umaria to Rewa in the year 2010, however, the said request has not been acceded to and after five years now the respondent/authorities have issued the impugned transfer order allegedly on the petitioner’s request which would affect the petitioner’s seniority and other benefits. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure P-2) before the respondent/authorities on 3.6.2015 wherein he has prayed for cancellation of the impugned transfer order as he has not given his consent for the same, which has been favourably forwarded by the Collector, Umaria, by his letter dated 5.6.2015. It is stated that in the circumstances, the respondent/authorities be directed to cancel the petitioner’s order which has not been issued on his consent. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioner furnishes a certified copy of the order passed today and a copy of the petition to the respondent/authorities within two weeks from today for mitigation of his grievance, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the petitioner’s aforesaid representation (Annexure P-2) expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter. 6. In the meanwhile, till the decision of the concerned authority on the petitioner’s representation, operation of the impugned order, as far as it relates to the petitioner shall remain stayed. 7. With the aforesaid directions, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.
