JUDGMENT Hon'ble Ritu Raj Awasthi,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also learned AGA appearing for the State. 2. It is submitted that the petitioners are major and both have married out of their own free will but the members of their family are not happy with this marriage and under their pressure, the police are harassing them though no F.I.R. has been registered against them. 3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions received, states that the parents are not harassing the petitioners. 4. In view of above, we direct that the respondents shall not interfere with the peaceful living of the petitioners unless an F.I.R. is registered against them. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
