Order P.S. Rana, J. Revision petition filed against the interim order dated 27.01.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kasauli Distt. Solan (H.P.). 2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties following order passed: i) That one opportunity will be granted to the accused-petitioners to produce their defence evidence by the learned trial Court. ii) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners withdraw the relief relating to application filed under Section 311 Cr.PC. iii) Parties are directed to appear before the learned trial Court on 30.07.2015. 3. In view of the above stated facts order of learned trial Court dated 27.01.2015 is modified to the extent that one opportunity will be granted to the accused-petitioners to produce their defence evidence. Thereafter learned trial Court will dispose of the case strictly in accordance with law. Records of learned trial Court along with certified copy of this order be transmitted forthwith. Cr. Revision Petition No. 172/2015 is disposed of. Pending application(s) if any also disposed of.
