However, on a perusal of the papers, it is clear that the only relief sought for in this writ petition is a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 30-12-2014 to demolish the illegal construction in New No.82, Old No.253, 3rd Street, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore District. 2. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 30-12-2014 in accordance with law and on its own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take appropriate action, if need be, accordingly. Needless to state that principles of natural justice has to be followed by issuing notice to the concerned parties before taking any action. No Costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
