Judgment 1. This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.302 of 2014 dated 07.01.2014, is not complied with. 2. A perusal of the said order would show that the respondents 2 and 3 therein were directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2013, seeking for regularization within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3. Mr. J. Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that already an order dated 09.09.2014 has been passed by the third respondent informing the petitioner that already the proposal has been sent seeking for exemption from the Director of School Education and that on receipt of such exemption, the petitioner's service will be regularized. 4. Considering the fact that the third respondent has already passed an order on 09.09.2014, as stated supra, I find that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has to wait for the orders to be passed by the Director of School Education, Chennai, on the proposal seeking exemption in respect of the age and appointment rule etc. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
