V.N. SINHA, J.:–Informant of Kurtha P.S. Case No.09 of 2003 has filed this appeal assailing the Judgment dated 10.11.2014 passed by the Adhoc Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad, in Sessions Trial No.516 of 2006/462 of 2013, whereunder the husband and other in-laws of the deceased, Respondent Nos.2 to 7, have been acquitted of the charge under Sections 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. From the prosecution evidence itself, it transpires that the only male child of the deceased suffered death 15 days prior to the occurrence, thereafter, it is said that she committed suicide by jumping into a well and was cremated by her family members. Informant, however, registered a case under Section 304-B of the Penal Code, police submitted chargesheet for the offences under Sections 306/201 of the Penal Code. The trial Court having considered the entire prosecution evidence concluded that because of the acute depression which the deceased was suffering she might have committed suicide and has acquitted Respondent Nos.2 to 7. 3. We see no reason to take a different view in the matter. The Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. ?
