The applicant has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with crime No. 143/2014 registered at Police Station, Champa, District Janjgir Champa, for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 384, 341 and 506-B/34 of IPC. As per prosecution case, the present applicant on 12.05.2014 threatened Sandeep Kumar, Manager of Raipur Power & Steel Ltd. at 7 P.M. near village Amjhar, Distt. Janjgir Champa while he was returning from village Dhatura and also looted Rs. 45,000/-. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that he has falsely been implicated in the case as no such incident has been occurred and dispute between the parties is commercial dispute with applicant's company Mauli Steel Pvt. Ltd. and Raipur Steel Power and Steel Ltd. He would further submit that complainant has made identical report on 01.03.2014 against one Subhash Ajmera of another company and as such the Raipur Steel & Power Ltd. and its officers are habit in making false complaint, and therefore, the applicant be released on anticipatory bail. 3. On the other hand, counsel for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application. 4. I have heard the counsel appearing for the parties and perused the case diary. 5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and further considering the fact that offence is said to have been committed on 12.05.2014 at 7 P.M. whereas written report has been lodged on 13.05.2014 and FIR has been registered on 15.05.2014 and further taking into consideration the nature and dispute between the parties, this court is of the view that it is a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. Accordingly, the application is allowed. It is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the officer arresting him and he shall abide by all the following terms and conditions: 1. that the accused/applicant shall make himself available for interrogation before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when required. 2.
