Judgment 1. By order dated 29.04.2014, this matter has been referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre for amicable settlement among the petitioner and the second respondent. After mediation, a report dated 09.10.2014 has been sent to this Court as the matter has been settled amicably between the parties. 2.
