JUDGMENT Vijay Prakash Pathak, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGA appearing for the respondents no.1 to 4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the petitioners have illegally been detained at the brick kiln run by the respondent no.5 as labourers, hence they may be released from there. It is further submitted that an application dated 08.04.2015 to the said effect has also been given to the District Magistrate, Shamli to get the petitioners released from the said brick kiln, but the same has not been decided so far. 3. Having considered the allegations and contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and going through the record, it appears appropriate and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Shamli to decide the application dated 08.04.2015 filed by Khem Chand on behalf of the petitioners and accordingly the District Magistrate, Shamli is directed to decide the said application moved on behalf of the petitioners within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by a reasoned and detailed order. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
