ORDER : I.A.No.13/2015 in SLP(C)No.20370/2012 : With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the Union of India, the application for extension of time with effect from 15th July, 2015 for the applicant, Chief Master Sergeant Massimiliano Latorre, to remain in Italy for further treatment and recuperation, is granted for a further period of six months on the medical ground. 2.
