ORDER 1. Heard. With the consent of the parties, following order is passed:- (i) Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kangra at Dharamsala will give one opportunity to the petitioner to lead evidence and summons will be issued through special messenger in accordance with law. (ii) After recording evidence learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal will dispose of the petition within one month. (iii) The parties are directed to appear before the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kangra at Dharamsala on 31st July, 2015. 2. The order of learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-III, Kangra at Dharamsala dated 18.6.2014 is modified to this extent only. Record of learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-III, Kangra at Dharamsala alongwith certified copy of this order be transmitted to the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Kangra at Dharamsala forthwith. The petition is disposed of. All the pending applications if any also stand disposed of.
