JUDGMENT The report which was submitted by the learned Special Officer yesterday is accepted. This first miscellaneous appeal is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court on 16th October, 2015. Let it be recorded that the directions which were given by this Court on 16th October 2015 regarding delivery of possession of two flats as mentioned in the said order, have been implemented in the presence of the learned Special Officer. The interim order of injunction which was passed by this Court regarding transfer of the flat - 'D' on the first floor of the said premises on 16th October, 2015 will continue till the disposal of the suit. The learned Trial Judge is requested to make all endeavour to dispose of the suit as early as possible, but preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.
