JUDGMENT Mohd. Tahir, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation and arrest of the accused persons in case crime no. 27 of 2015 u/s 363, 366 IPC P.S. Madnapur District Shahjahanpur. 3. From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the S.P. Shahjahanpur who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured. 4. With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
