JUDGMENT Suneet Kumar, J. Heard Sri Rakesh Dubey, learned counsel for the revisionist, Sri Deepak Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2 and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The revisionist has come up in revision challenging the order dated 07.04.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar in Criminal Appeal No. 57 of 2015, Surendra Kumar Upadhyay Versus State of U.P., related to Crime No. 11 of 2013 under Sections 384, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Govind Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar, whereby the orders dated 02.03.2015 and 30.03.2015 passed by A.C.M.M. VII, Kanpur Nagar have been affirmed. 3. The revisionist is accused in the aforesaid case, process of N.B.W. under sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him, further the revisionist has not challenged the order dated 20.03.2015, whereby his bail bonds have been forfeited. I do not find any illegality or jurisdictional error in the impugned order. The revision is, accordingly, dismissed.
