JUDGMENT : Mansoor Ahmad Mir, J. The review petitioner-Electricity Board has sought review of a common judgment, dated 26th November, 2014, passed by this Court in CWP No.4654 of 2013, titled Avtar Singh Dyal v. H.P. State Electricity Board Ltd. & Ors., and CWP No.4708 of 2013, titled Salinder Singh v. H.P. State Electricity Board Ltd. & ors., whereby the writ petitions came to be partly allowed. 2. We have gone through the judgment under review and the averments contained in the review petition, and are of the considered view that the case does not fall within the mandate of Order 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure. There appears to be no error apparent on the face of record, and therefore, no case is made out for the review of the judgment. 3. Accordingly, the review petition in CWP No.4654 of 2013 and the application for condoning the delay in filing the review petition in CWP No.4708 of 2013 are dismissed. The review petition in CWP No.4708 of 2013 is also dismissed, being time barred.
