Judgment Rajiv Sharma, J. Mr. Satyen Vaidya, Advocate prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present petition in order to assail the order dated 18.7.2007 by way of writ petition. Question of delay and laches shall not come in the way of the petitioner, since he was pursuing the remedy diligently before this Court in view of Section 14 of the Limitation Act. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
