JUDGMENT The petitioners themselves appear to have negotiated loans to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- on a cut of Rs. 5,000/- to the touts who allegedly made the offers to the petitioners. The petitioners therefore themselves knowingly entered into such an unholy alliance and on the basis of such a promise which appears to be unlawful, the petitioners themselves therefore deserve to be prosecuted. No case is made out for issuance of any mandamus in their favour. The writ petition is dismissed.
