JUDGMENT Vijay Prakash Pathak, J. In compliance of the order dated 31.03.2015 passed by this Court a progress report/ affidavit on behalf of respondent no.3 sworn by Harendra Singh, Sub-Inspector, P.S. Chandpur, District Bijnor has been filed by the learned AGA, in which it has been stated that Lokesh Singh, corpus is not in illegal confinement of the respondents and regarding disappearance and illegal confinement, no such report has been registered in the concerned Police Station and it was also found that Smt. Urmila Kumari, petitioner and Lokesh Singh, corpus are living in their own house. 2. Today in the Court also said Lokesh Singh, corpus and the petitioner Smt. Urmila Kumari, his wife through whom this petition has been filed, are present, who have been identified by Shri Diwakar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. The said Lokesh Singh has stated the Court that now he is not in illegal confinement, but is residing with his wife. 3. In view of the aforesaid statement of the corpus and the progress report/ affidavit of the police, it appears that the corpus is now residing with his wife, Smt. Urmila Kumari, through whom this petition has been filed and accordingly this petition has become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed having become infructuous.
