ORDER : W.P.(C) No(s). 235 of 2012. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India has now issued a notification dated 12th May, 2015 laying down ‘Good Samaritan Guidelines’. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that she would like to make some suggestions to give more teeth to the Guidelines. She says that she will do the needful within four weeks and share the suggestions with the learned Additional Solicitor General so that some final draft can be made available to this Court. 3. Learned Additional Solicitor General should give a final response to the suggestions within four weeks thereafter. List the W.P.(C) No(s).235/2012 on 16th October, 2015. W.P.(C) No. 295 of 2012 4. Mr. Neeraj Kishan Kaul, learned Additional Solicitor General informs us that a room has been allotted to the Committee in Vigyan Bhawan Annexe. This is confirmed by Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal, learned amicus curiae. 5. Insofar as the accommodation is concerned, it is brought to our notice that a reply was sent to the letter sent by learned Attorney General by the Secretary in the Department of Expenditure. However, now with the intervention of the learned ASG, the issue is being looked at all over again and a note has now been put up before the Hon'ble Minister for Road Transport and Highways. On the approval of the Hon'ble Minister, the file will be considered by the Cabinet Committee on Accommodation. 6. Learned ASG seeks some time to let us know he progress. 7. Learned amicus curiae informs us that Report No.6 has been submitted by the Committee and the follow-up on that will be placed on or before the next date of hearing.
