Judgment 1. The petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.1325 of 2015 seeks a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 22.01.2015 allowing the petitioner's Mini Stage Carriage TN-67/4674 plying on the route Kovilpatti Rettai Vinayagar Kovil to Appaneri (via) Chitrampatti Vilakku etc., to ply upto Kovilpatti Bus Stand. 2. The petitioner in W.P(MD)No.1326 of 2015 seeks a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 22.01.2015 allowing the petitioner's Mini Stage Carriage TN-59/Q 5359 plying on the route Kovilpatti Rettai Vinayagar Kovil to GVN College Gate (via) Railway Crossing, E.B., Office etc., to ply upto Kovilpatti Bus Stand. 3. The petitioner in W.P(MD)No.1326 of 2015 seeks a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 22.01.2015 allowing the petitioner's Mini Stage Carriage TN-59/N 0454 plying on the route Kovilpatti Rettai Vinayagar Kovil to GVN College Gate (via) Railway Crossing, E.B., Office etc., to ply upto Kovilpatti Bus Stand. 4. After notice, this matter is taken up today. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that after considering the petitioners' representations the second respondent has sought for certain particulars from the petitioners through his letter dated 06.02.2015 and as and when such particulars are furnished, the petitioners' representations will be considered and decided. 5. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 22.01.2015 respectively and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing in person as well, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
