Present civil writ petition is disposed of with the following terms and conditions: (1) That petitioner will file a representation before Himachal Pradesh WAKF Board within fortnight. (2) That thereafter the Himachal Pradesh WAKF Board will decide the representation of the petitioner within one month from the date of representation strictly in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner. 2. In view of the above stated facts CWP No.1809/2013-A is disposed of. Pending application(s) if any also disposed of. No order as to costs.
