ORDER : 1. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. 2. We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of our power under Article 32 of the Constitution of India. 3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. 4. This order however shall not prevent the petitioner from seeking such other redress in accordance with law before the appropriate forum if so advised.
