ORDER : This petition has been filed to issue appropriate direction to dispose proceedings pending in C.C.No.79/2012 before learned Judicial Magistrate Court Bodinayakkanoor in pursuance of the Crime no.15/2011 on the file of the respondent police in speedy manner. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. It is seen that the accused himself has filed this petition for a direction to the Trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.No.79 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court Bodinayakkanoor. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the case is pending from the year 2012, this Court directs learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanoor to complete the trial in C.C.No.79 of 2012 expeditiously within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided the accused co-operates in conduct of the trial by cross examining witnesses without unnecessary adjournments. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
