ORDER : 1. This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent herein for willfully disobeying the orders of this Court dated 09.07.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12344 of 2015. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the order dated 09.07.2015 has been complied with and the case has been closed as mistake of fact. A copy of the RCS notice has been filed before this Court. 3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
