ORDER : 1. This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.01.2016 and consequently direct the respondent to investigate to file a final report. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. Earlier, this petitioner had given a complaint, in which a petition enquiry in CSR No.36 of 2016 was conducted and the same was also closed as money dispute. Now, again the petitioner has sent the present complaint by post. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
