ORDER : 1. This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.10.2015. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the dispute essentially appears to be between son-in-law and father-in-law. Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition enquiry in CSR No. 385 of 2015 has been conducted and the same has been closed, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that petition enquiry is still pending. 4. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to expeditiously conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.
