ORDER : 1. This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint before the petitioner on 04.02.2016. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. It is seen that for the same set of complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted on 07.02.2016 and again, the petitioner has sent the very same complaint through post. Therefore, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
