ORDER : 1. With serious allegation of misuse of power and involvement in corrupt practise against respondent no.2, a Judicial Officer, this petition for writ is preferred. Having considered the facts stated in this petition for writ, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the same by directing the respondent no.1 to examine contents of writ petition in administrative side and to take appropriate action, if required. Necessary information be also given to the petitioners about the consideration made and the steps taken thereon. The respondent no.1, if has already taken some steps/action against the respondent no.2, then that may also be communicated to the petitioners. The petitioners shall be at liberty to agitate their cause, if dissatisfied with the steps taken/ not taken against the respondent no.2 by the respondent no.1.
