JUDGMENT 1. On the matter being taken up today, it has been informed at the Bar and copy of the communication dated 14.3.2016 has been produced before us wherein, as observed by this Court on 22.2.2016, alternative employment has been provided for to the petitioner appellant. 2. Once alternative employment in question has been provided for to the appellant, then no further orders are required to be passed. 3. Special appeal is disposed of, accordingly.
